Communications/ Social Media Experience
I learned how to use social media as a communications tool for leading foreign policy nonprofit organizations, including graphic design, web development, and data analytics. I also handled social media for CAF at GW while serving as president from December 2022 until May 2024.

Position: Communications Intern
At WFPG, I completed a variety of tasks as a Communications Intern that included:
- updating the WFPG website with basic HTML and CSS on a daily basis
- creating 5+ graphics for upcoming events on a weekly basis
- learning how to use MemberClicks and GCalendar to create registration forms for monthly in-person events, ensuring accurate event information for members
- tracking WFPG content and account analytics on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn on a weekly basis
- live-tweeting speeches and remarks in addition to taking photos during in-person events
- assisting other interns and the Program Manager with event set-up, clean-up, check-in

At NCNK, I completed a variety of tasks as a Communications Intern that included:
- managing NCNK LinkedIn posts in addition to logging weekly analytics like follower count
- creating 10+ Twitter and LinkedIn posts using Canva to promote website content and past/upcoming events
- designing a 20-page program for the 2-day conference, “Knowing North Korea”
- assisting in the coordination and execution of the 2-day conference, "Knowing North Korea“
- conducting a 1-month SWOT analysis of NCNK social media platforms, notably Twitter and LinkedIn accounts
- tracking content engagement and analytics on Twitter and LinkedIn on a monthly basis

Position: Communications Intern
At NCUSCR, I completed a variety of tasks as a Communications Intern that included:
- transcribing multiple event recordings and podcast interviews with experts
- creating a how-to guide about CapCut for other Communication team members to refer to
- conducting a SWOT analysis of NCUSCR’s TikTok to boost engagement and improve content
- providing suggestions for consistent posting times, dates, and hashtag strategies for TikTok content as a result of the SWOT analysic
- producing multiple clips of expert interviews and events using CapCut and Canva to promote engagement on social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the NCUSCR website
- preparing a list of speakers to interview about U.S.-China-India space relations, interview questions, and angles for the Zoom and podcast interviews
CAF at GW (Previously USCSSO)
December 2022 - May 2024
Position: President
At CAF at GW, I completed a variety of tasks as President that included:
- training new social media directors to understand the brand and image of the organization
- conducting final edits on graphics and promotional materials for every event and research content from contributors
- filling in for the social media director if they could not design a graphic on time
- held meetings with the social media director to discuss monthly tasks and posts
